Madeleine Albright

Madeleine Albright was an American diplomat who served as the first female U.S.

Secretary of State, from 1997 to 2001 under President Clinton.

Born in Czechoslovakia, she fled Nazi occupation as a child.

She became known for her blunt diplomatic style and her collection of symbolic brooches: She's channeling her inner Madeleine Albright with that pin.
