Irish cream

Whiskey-and-cream liqueur

Irish cream is a liqueur combining Irish whiskey with cream, sugar, and often chocolate or coffee flavoring.

Baileys is the dominant brand, though the term applies to any cream-based whiskey liqueur: Irish cream in my coffee.

The drink is sweet and smooth, popular in cocktails, desserts, and as an after-dinner sipper.
