white pudding
Irish breakfast meat
White pudding is a sausage made from oatmeal or barley, suet, and spices, stuffed into a casing—similar to black pudding but without the blood.
It's traditional in Irish and Scottish cooking, often served as part of a full breakfast alongside bacon, eggs, and black pudding: I'll have the full Irish with both puddings.
