silver tequila
Unaged agave spirit
Silver tequila is tequila that hasn't been aged in barrels, bottled shortly after distillation.
Also called blanco or white tequila, it has a clear appearance and sharper agave flavor than aged varieties like reposado or añejo.
Silver tequila is the standard choice for mixed drinks: margaritas made with silver tequila, shots of silver.
