Franco
Iberian fascist leader
Franco typically refers to Francisco Franco, the Spanish military dictator who ruled Spain from 1939 until his death in 1975.
His regime, often called Francoist Spain, was authoritarian and nationalist: Spain remained neutral under Franco during World War II.
The name also functions as an Italian and Spanish given name or surname. (Lowercase franco- is a combining form meaning French.)
