wood glue

Joinery binding agent

Wood glue is an adhesive formulated specifically for bonding wood surfaces.

It penetrates wood fibers and creates a strong joint when clamped and dried.

The most common type is yellow carpenter's glue, though white glue also works for lighter applications: Apply wood glue to both surfaces and clamp for an hour.
