unsaturated
Has room remaining
Unsaturated describes something not fully saturated—not filled to capacity.
In chemistry, unsaturated fats contain carbon atoms joined by double bonds, leaving room for additional hydrogen atoms; these are considered healthier than saturated fats: olive oil is high in unsaturated fat.
An unsaturated solution can dissolve more of a substance.
More generally, an unsaturated market has room for growth.
