unmoulding
Freeing from cast
Unmoulding is the act of removing something from a mould—turning out a cake, releasing a jelly, or extracting a cast object from its form.
The word appears mainly in British English cooking and craft instructions: Let the pudding cool before unmoulding onto a serving plate.
American English typically spells it unmolding.
