trust fall

Catch me exercise

A trust fall is an exercise where one person falls backward, relying on others to catch them.

Used in team-building activities and therapy to build confidence and group cohesion: We did trust falls at the corporate retreat.

Figuratively, any act requiring faith that others will come through: Asking for help felt like a trust fall.
