trueing
Correcting a wobble
Trueing is the process of making something straight, level, or properly aligned.
In cycling, trueing a wheel means adjusting the spokes until the rim spins without wobbling.
Woodworkers true boards by planing them flat.
The spelling truing is more common, but trueing appears frequently enough to be standard.
