toggler

One who switches

A toggler is a person or thing that toggles—switches something back and forth between states.

In computing, a toggler is often a UI element or function that alternates a setting: The dark mode toggler sits in the upper right corner.

Someone who toggles frequently between tasks or windows might be called a toggler.
