sweating
Pores expelling liquid
Sweating is the body's production of moisture through the skin, primarily to regulate temperature.
The word extends to any process where moisture forms on a surface: The pipes are sweating.
To sweat something is to worry about it: Don't sweat the small stuff.
Sweating someone means pressuring them for information or a confession.
In cooking, to sweat vegetables is to cook them gently until they release moisture.
