staggered stance
Feet not aligned
A staggered stance is a body position with one foot placed ahead of the other rather than side by side.
Common in sports, martial arts, and exercise, it provides better balance and stability than a parallel stance: Start in a staggered stance with your right foot forward.
The offset positioning allows for quicker forward movement and better weight distribution.
