Spit-roast is a method of cooking meat by skewering it on a long rod (the spit) and rotating it over a heat source, allowing even browning: They spit-roasted a whole pig for the party.
In vulgar slang, spit-roast describes a sex act where one person is penetrated simultaneously from both ends by two partners—the middle person resembling meat on a spit.
