spiralizing
Cutting into spirals
Spiralizing is cutting vegetables into long, curly strands using a spiralizer—a kitchen tool that creates noodle-like ribbons from firm produce.
Zucchini becomes "zoodles," sweet potatoes become curly fries: I've been spiralizing everything since I went low-carb.
The technique emerged from health food trends as a pasta substitute.
