solipsistic

Reality is mine

Solipsistic describes a view that treats the self as the only thing that can be known to exist, or more loosely, an extreme self-centeredness that ignores others' perspectives.

The philosophical sense comes from solipsism, the theory that only one's own mind is certain.

In everyday use, it's a pointed way to call someone self-absorbed: His solipsistic worldview left no room for empathy.
