solipsists

Only-I-exist believers

Solipsists are people who believe, or behave as if they believe, that only their own mind and experiences are real or knowable.

The philosophical position—solipsism—holds that nothing outside one's own consciousness can be proven to exist.

In casual use, calling someone a solipsist suggests extreme self-absorption: He's such a solipsist he can't imagine anyone disagreeing with him.
