open-minded
Welcoming different viewpoints
Open-minded describes a willingness to consider new ideas, perspectives, or experiences without rigid preconceptions.
An open-minded person doesn't dismiss unfamiliar viewpoints reflexively: Try to be open-minded about the proposal before you reject it.
The term can shade into euphemism for liberal attitudes, especially regarding social issues: She's very open-minded about relationships.
