solipsist
Only-mind believer
A solipsist is someone who believes—or acts as if they believe—that only their own mind and experiences are real or can be known to exist.
The philosophical position (solipsism) holds that nothing outside one's own consciousness can be verified.
In casual use, calling someone a solipsist suggests extreme self-absorption: He's such a solipsist—he can't imagine anyone else's perspective matters.
