Lone rail line
A single track is a railway line with only one set of rails, requiring trains traveling opposite directions to wait at passing points.
The term extends to unpaved trails wide enough for only one person or vehicle: a single-track mountain bike trail.
As an adjective, single-track describes narrow focus or limited thinking: a single-track mind.
