dirt road
Gravel or mud
A dirt road is an unpaved road, its surface consisting of packed earth rather than asphalt or concrete.
Dirt roads are common in rural areas and developing regions where paving isn't practical or affordable.
They become muddy when wet and dusty when dry: We drove down a dirt road to the farmhouse.
In vulgar slang, dirt road refers to the anus.
