shadowban
Stealth content suppression
A shadowban is a form of online moderation where a user's posts become invisible to others without notification—the person continues posting, unaware they've been silenced.
Platforms use shadowbans to discourage spammers and trolls who might create new accounts if openly banned.
As a verb: I think I've been shadowbanned—none of my comments are getting replies.
