rearming
Restocking the arsenal
Rearming is the process of equipping military forces with weapons again, especially after disarmament or depletion: Germany's rearming in the 1930s alarmed its neighbors.
The term applies to nations rebuilding military capacity, or more literally to reloading or resupplying weapons: The crew was rearming the aircraft between missions.
