Cork board accessory
A pushpin is a short pin with a cylindrical plastic head, used to fasten papers or lightweight items to a bulletin board or wall.
The head provides grip for pushing and pulling.
Distinguished from thumbtacks, which have flat metal heads: The map was covered in colored pushpins marking places she'd visited.
