pinup
Alluring wall photo
A pinup is a photograph or poster of an attractive person, typically displayed on a wall.
The term dates from World War II, when soldiers posted pictures of glamorous women in barracks and lockers.
A pinup girl is the subject of such an image.
The term now applies to any decorative portrait meant for display: classic pinup style, he's got pinup looks.
