centerfold
Removable magazine poster
A centerfold is the middle pages of a magazine that fold out to reveal a large photograph or illustration, typically spanning both pages.
The term is strongly associated with nude or sexually suggestive photographs featured in men's magazines like Playboy.
By extension, a centerfold refers to the person—usually a woman—pictured in such a spread, and more loosely to anyone considered attractive enough to appear in one: She had centerfold looks.
