pilotable
Able to steer
Pilotable describes something capable of being piloted or steered—typically a vehicle or aircraft: The damaged plane was barely pilotable.
The term applies to anything with controls that allow directed movement: boats, drones, spacecraft.
By extension, it can describe situations or projects that can be guided toward a desired outcome.
