micropenis
Medically diminutive organ
A micropenis is an abnormally small penis—medically defined as more than two standard deviations below average length when stretched.
The term is clinical, used in endocrinology to describe a developmental condition often linked to hormonal factors.
Informally, micropenis appears as an insult or self-deprecating joke about size: He drives that truck to compensate for his micropenis.
