phimosis
Non-retractable prepuce condition
Phimosis is a condition in which the foreskin of the penis cannot be fully retracted over the head.
It's normal in infants and young boys, where the foreskin naturally separates over time.
In older males, phimosis may cause discomfort during urination or sex and sometimes requires treatment: The doctor recommended steroid cream for his phimosis.
