memer
Internet humor maker
A memer is someone who creates or shares memes—humorous images, videos, or text that spread across the internet.
The term ranges from casual users who repost content to dedicated creators with distinctive styles.
He's become quite the memer since he started that Instagram account.
Like many internet culture terms, it can be self-deprecating or a badge of honor.
