masonry walls
Mortared block structures
Masonry walls are walls constructed from individual units—bricks, concrete blocks, or stone—bound together with mortar.
The term distinguishes these from walls made of poured concrete, wood framing, or other materials.
Masonry walls may be structural (load-bearing) or decorative: The old factory's masonry walls were two feet thick.
