kneader
Hands-on breadmaker
A kneader is a person or device that kneads—working dough or clay by pressing, folding, and stretching with the hands or mechanical action.
In baking, a stand mixer with a dough hook serves as a kneader.
The term also applies to anyone massaging muscles: She's a good kneader—my shoulders feel much better.
