incomer
One who enters
An incomer is someone who has recently arrived or moved into a place, especially a community where they weren't born or raised.
The word carries a slight outsider connotation—locals might refer to newcomers as incomers for years after arrival: The village has seen an influx of incomers from the city.
More common in British English.
