outgoer

One who leaves

An outgoer is someone who goes out—either literally departing a place or socially going out frequently.

The word appears in British legal and agricultural contexts for a tenant vacating a property: The outgoer must leave the land in good condition.

More casually, it can describe someone who enjoys going out: She's more of an outgoer than a homebody.
