homografts
Same-species transplants
Homografts are tissues or organs transplanted from one individual to another of the same species—typically from a human donor to a human recipient.
The term appears in medical contexts discussing skin grafts, bone transplants, or organ donation: The burn victim received homografts from a tissue bank.
Also called allografts.
