hairlines
Forehead's upper limits
Hairlines is the plural of hairline, the edge where hair meets forehead.
A receding hairline moves backward with age or baldness: He's worried about his hairlines—both temples are going.
Hairline also describes extremely fine things: a hairline crack, a hairline fracture.
In typography, hairlines are the thinnest strokes in letterforms.
