full-frame
No crop factor
Full-frame describes a camera sensor the same size as traditional 35mm film (36 × 24 mm).
This larger sensor captures more light and detail than cropped sensors found in most consumer cameras: She upgraded to a full-frame camera for better low-light performance.
The term distinguishes professional-grade equipment from smaller-sensor alternatives.
