Deceptive football lateral
A flea flicker is an American football trick play where the quarterback hands off to a running back, who then tosses or "flicks" the ball back to the quarterback for a downfield pass.
The misdirection freezes defenders expecting a run, opening up receivers behind them: They scored on a perfectly executed flea flicker.
