extraditable
Subject to transfer
Extraditable describes a person or offense that can be subject to extradition—the legal process of sending someone to another jurisdiction to face criminal charges.
A person is extraditable if they're accused of a crime covered by treaty between two countries: He fled to Mexico but remained extraditable under the bilateral agreement.
An offense is extraditable if it qualifies under such treaties, typically excluding minor crimes and political offenses.
