demigods
Partly celestial beings
Demigods are beings of partly divine and partly human parentage.
In Greek mythology, heroes like Hercules and Perseus were demigods—children of gods and mortals who possessed superhuman abilities but remained subject to death.
The term extends to anyone treated as godlike: Tech founders are the demigods of Silicon Valley.
Also spelled as two words: demi-gods.
