countout
Remove from consideration
A countout in wrestling and boxing is a victory or defeat by count—when the referee counts to ten (or twenty in professional wrestling) while a competitor fails to rise or return to the ring.
He won by countout after his opponent couldn't beat the ten-count.
The term also appears in parliamentary procedure, where a countout ends a session due to lack of quorum.
