collaborations
Working together projects
Collaborations are instances of people or groups working together toward a shared goal.
The word emphasizes joint effort and pooled resources rather than individual achievement.
In creative fields, a collaboration typically produces something neither party could have made alone: The album features several collaborations with hip-hop artists.
Business collaborations may involve formal partnerships or informal cooperation.
The term can carry positive connotations of synergy or, in contexts like wartime, negative ones suggesting complicity with an enemy.
