chin ups
Overhead bar pulls
Chin ups are an upper-body exercise where you hang from a horizontal bar and pull yourself up until your chin clears it.
The term is often used interchangeably with pull-ups, though chin ups technically use an underhand grip while pull-ups use overhand.
I can barely do five chin ups.
Also spelled chin-ups or chinups.
