buttstocks
Gun shoulder supports
Buttstocks are the rear portions of rifle or shotgun stocks—the part that braces against the shooter's shoulder.
The buttstock provides stability and helps absorb recoil.
Adjustable buttstocks allow customization for different shooters or shooting positions: He swapped out the factory buttstock for a collapsible model.
