boundary line
Where territories meet
A boundary line is the edge or border that separates one area from another—between properties, territories, or jurisdictions: The surveyor marked the boundary line between the two farms.
In sports, boundary lines define the playing area; crossing them puts the ball or player out of bounds.
Often shortened to just boundary or line.
