blackwhite
Contradiction accepted willingly
Blackwhite is a term from George Orwell's *Nineteen Eighty-Four* describing the ability to accept two contradictory beliefs simultaneously, or to claim black is white when the Party requires it.
The word captures a specific kind of doublethink—not mere lying, but genuine belief in whatever serves power at the moment: With blackwhite, yesterday's enemy becomes today's ally without explanation.
