adenocarcinomas
Malignant gland growths
Adenocarcinomas is the plural of adenocarcinoma, a type of cancer that develops in glandular tissue—the cells that line organs and produce secretions.
Common sites include the lungs, colon, breast, pancreas, and prostate.
Most lung cancers in nonsmokers are adenocarcinomas.
The biopsy revealed adenocarcinomas in multiple lymph nodes.
