Vivaldi

Venetian Baroque composer

Antonio Vivaldi was an Italian Baroque composer and violinist, best known for *The Four Seasons*, a set of violin concertos that remain among the most performed classical works.

A Catholic priest nicknamed "the Red Priest" for his hair color, he composed prolifically—over 500 concertos—and influenced Bach.
