Scarface

Mob boss sobriquet

Scarface is a nickname for someone with a prominent facial scar, most famously applied to Chicago gangster Al Capone.

The 1983 film *Scarface* made the name iconic for a ruthless drug lord, and the word now evokes violent criminality and rise-and-fall narratives: He thinks he's Scarface just because he moved a little product.
