Saint Lawrence
Great Lakes outlet
Saint Lawrence is a major river in eastern North America, flowing from the Great Lakes to the Atlantic Ocean and forming part of the U.S.-Canada border.
The Gulf of Saint Lawrence is the outlet where the river meets the sea.
The river takes its name from Lawrence of Rome, a third-century Christian martyr.
